Job Description
I’m Harry, founder of Dab Hand Marketing—a Glasgow-based solo developer with a knack for standout websites. I’ve been at this since I was 15, delivering for over 500 clients worldwide. After spending 5-6 years in Australia, a big chunk of my work comes from there, alongside a growing UK client base. The demand’s ramping up, and I need a Webflow wizard to join me. As my first hire, you’ll team up with me to build awesome websites for a wide range of clients across different industries—let’s take on this growth together and create something amazing!
Day-to-Day as a Webflow Expert
- Designing and building slick websites in Webflow
- Teaming up with me to create web pages that pop
- Keeping existing sites running smooth and looking sharp
- Whipping up graphics in Canva to level up web content
- Chatting with clients and stakeholders to nail project goals
- Tackling any web design hiccups like a pro
Requirements
- Solid Webflow skills with a few sites in your back pocket
- A good eye for design and Canva know-how
- Bonus points if you’re handy with Adobe software
- Must have your own laptop (MacBook preferred)
- Gotta be based in Glasgow
About You
- You get digital media and what makes it tick
- You’ve got a hawk-eye for detail
- You’re stoked to learn, grow, and push your skills
- Commercial experience is a plus, but not a must—just show us some work you’re proud of!
Where We Work
We’re a remote-friendly crew, bouncing between Glasgow’s coolest cafés, coworking spots, and other work-from-anywhere vibes. First week or two (plus a trial day) will be in-person in Glasgow to get the ball rolling, then it’s up to you to find your groove.
The Details
- Duration: Casual freelance role, starting at 1 day per week (with potential to grow as projects roll in)
- Work: Mostly remote after the initial Glasgow kickoff
- Pay: £160/day (£20/hour, based on an 8-hour day, 9-5)—perfect for freelancers, students, or anyone looking for an extra day a week (or more down the line)
- Flexibility: Super chill on days and hours—weekend gigs available if you want to pick up extra work
- Note: This isn’t a full-time gig—ideal for someone seeking a flexible side hustle, not set hours
If you’re pumped to dive into Webflow, flex your creativity, and join me as we scale up, let’s talk. Apply now and let’s make waves together!
